As a small boutique hotel with no reception, every interaction matters. Therefore, I decided to revive the social media of ARQ Paleis Hotel. Making sure the warmth of the hotel is translated into social media posts that can both inform new guests that they exists and enhancing the experience of current ones.
✦ Varied content
I took the existing style and refreshed it through digital assets that I could reuse across posts, keeping everything cohesive. Then I mixed it up by taking that consistent aesthetic and weaving it through trending formats: reels, carousel posts, guest stories, and seasonal content.
